Responsibilities For Global Mobility Manager Resume
- Oversee the Global Mobility program for the North America region, including life-cycle support for assignments, frequent business travelers and Graduate program/international hire advisory support where required
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and serve as technical advisor to the business on North America compliance, planning, tax/tax-equalization, immigration and administrative requirements and timelines
- Leverage expertise to coordinate mobility due-diligence processes with internal stakeholders (corporate tax, HR, payroll, export control) and third-party vendors (immigration, tax), including cost projection calculations, tax impact assessment and compliance requirements analysis
- Manage US immigration, relocation and tax vendor relationships to ensure highest standards of quality and timeliness
- Manage US International payroll and tax compliance process, including liaison with external tax and relocation vendors for wage and tax calculations/gross-ups and payroll upload
