  • Lead and manage the Regulatory Liquidity Reporting group, in partnership with the Tampa Regional Process Lead (RPL) and GLM to deliver the consolidation of our Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) RLAP (our proprietary short-term daily stressed metric) reporting, S2 (our proprietary long-term daily stressed metric) and support of the LCR Regulatory reporting
  • Assist with the work necessary to transform the liquidity risk management and monitoring framework. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tampa and workstream participant on data acquisition, systems architecture and analytical tools for the current development of the next generation of daily, weekly and monthly liquidity analytics for U.S. & International liquidity requirements
  • On an annual basis, coordinate with cross-functional teams in Human Resources, Treasury and Legal as well as external service providers to prepare the financial statements and footnote disclosures for benefit plans requiring filing with the SEC (Form 11-K) and Department of Labor (Form 5500) and coordinate with external auditors for completion of related required audit procedures
  • Maintain the governance processes related to legal entities (including SPEs and minority investments) for Board of Directors and Officers – assume the lead role to ensure that officers and board of director’s data exists and is accurate in the system and work with the Legal Entity Governance unit and Legal Entity Lawyers (“LELs”) to update as necessary
