Responsibilities For Recognition & Engagement Program Manager Resume

  • Researches and identifies community needs and recommends program modifications or creation of new programs and services. Assists in the design and delivery of strategic community outreach efforts, K-12 educational collaborations and special events (e.g. community health and science fairs, professional convenings, K-12 and college student conferences); and
  • Provides leadership, guidance and supervision to student workers, volunteers, and/or graduate assistants. Serves as program/project lead as well as works with Civic Engagement colleagues as needed in the planning and delivery of programs, activities and special events. Develops and conducts program- focused training and assess proficiency or readiness of trainees; and
  • Executes to Results: Accurately determines the length and complexity of tasks and projects; assigns priorities and time parameters; uses benchmarks and performance measures to track progress; intervenes to address barriers to achieving results and assigns clear accountability; orchestrates the pace and process of change to maintain organizational effectiveness
