  • Processing certification renewal applications from initial contact, through training and certification to final registered status, and coordinating with Sales to manage annual agreement renewals
  • Analyzing warranty registrations, including, but not limited to working with contractor and sales field to ensure required documents are provided, reviewing and analyzing submitted test data in original tester formats and working with engineers when internal testing is needed
  • Managing project and year-end rebate applications, including reviewing and validating submitted data and documentation, analyzing sales data, and maintaining database to track sales growth and calculate YOY figures
  • Grow contractor sales by continually developing a contractor program that is superior to others in the market and by providing excellent customer experience to contractor organizations
