Responsibilities For Insights Specialist, Client Development Resume

  • Monitors and manages delivery performance, project risk and new opportunities within assigned accounts; nurtures a strong partnership with Talent Management and Delivery Management leads
  • Responsible to execute and deliver against established KPIs and performance metrics
  • Monitors and coaches consultants and account team members on best practices in generating leads, identifying opportunities and leveraging available RGP resources to enhance account penetration
  • Creating market opportunities through prospecting, the identification and development of new target clients as well as management of existing client relationships. Consistently and actively participating in networking organizations and events solidifying the RGP brand and presence as a market leader
  • Cultivating and expanding business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits, taking a consultative approach to defining the scope of projects, identifying business solutions, presenting appropriate solutions/qualified Consultants to the client, and negotiating billing arrangements
  • Utilizing exceptional client relationship and communication skills to deliver optimal service, identify future project needs, and achieve high client satisfaction
  • Managing Consultant engagement schedules, minimizing consultant down time, and communicating regularly with Consultants regarding additional client needs and/or other appropriate engagements in the pipelines
  • Ensuring approved business contracts are executed by taking responsibility for the completion of all engagement paperwork, including the timely receipt of signed engagement letters and collection of receivables
