  • Support on measurement, validation and tracking on plant productivities troughout projects and kaizen ideas designed to achieve the financial commited results
  • Sustain and embed strong inter-site relationships between the company and key customer accounts
  • Participate in processes for planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • Create and standardize operational reports / scorecards, process metrics, KPI’s, etc. in support of monthly operations review. Identify and incorporate relevant industry metrics into analysis
  • Accountable for creating annual operating plans and capital budgets for business units, including marketing, pricing and sales channel. This is done in partnership with BU leadership, and includes all levels of the income statement
  • Provide financial leadership in the development of new business offerings and structures, analysis of customer proposals and product offerings that provide compelling value proposition to our customers, and to be the lead financial resource on any business unit specific acquisitions
