  • Establishes and supports standards for business continuity response, options, and methods
  • Conducts business interruption impact analyses to identify critical processes and systems, recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, and recovery resource requirements
  • Conducts risk assessments and develops appropriate mitigation solutions and procedures
  • Coordinates, designs, and documents business contingency and disaster recovery plans for major business interruption events and for day-to-day operational outages
  • Leads, documents, and provides technical guidance to business unit managers for development of business contingency and disaster response plans
