- Inspect the facilities for any operations, maintenance, janitorial and safety issues and facilitate any corrective practices needed. Act as the liaison between the General Manager and any / all operations-related service providers including landscaping, electricians, Stanford Operations, and others as needed
- Manage with arena scheduling, working with all resident trainers, visiting clinicians, Program Assistant, and resident Stanford riding programs (community lesson program and collegiate programs) to ensure smooth daily operations and sharing of work space
- Check office voicemail and return calls. Receive and respond to email inquires as appropriate. Maintain the general organization of the office and its operations
- Work with General Manager on horse care: riding, insuring appropriate herd management and vet care, and assigning horses for lesson programs
- Assist with the preparations for any special events as directed by the General Manager
- Work with Lesson Program and staff, scheduling lessons and instructors, maintain accurate accounting records if needed
