  • Work closely with multiple Manager(s) Credit Structures to support day-to-day activities that impact client service (eg. PPSA title searches, Visa authorized user requests, Out-of-Orders, on-boarding/off-boarding clients, and any maintenance required to client credit products)
  • Support the Manager(s) Credit Structures on basic Credit applications (ie. Visa and Overdraft)
  • Team-orientated/willingness to work with and support colleagues
  • Displays initiative and an ability to work without supervision
  • Maximize the use of all technology to maintain data integrity and reduce revenue leakage or potential losses (eg. CART, Credit Maintenance Submission Form template, Sales & Service Platform, Outlook Calendar/Contacts, RBCNet, email)
