  • Maximize the use of all technology to maintain data integrity and reduce revenue leakage or potential losses and act as the Subject Matter Expert on maintenance and fulfillment of credit (eg. CART, Credit Maintenance Submission Form template, Sales & Service Platform)
  • Work closely with multiple Manager(s) Credit Structures to support day-to-day activities that impact client service (eg. PPSA title searches, Visa authorized user requests, Out-of-Orders, on-boarding/off-boarding clients, and any maintenance required to client credit products)
  • Support the Manager(s) Credit Structures on basic Credit applications (ie. Visa and Overdraft)
  • Team-orientated/willingness to work with and support colleagues
  • Displays initiative and an ability to work without supervision
