  • Lead development and implementation of initiatives

  • Veto – The team has the authority to say no and stop something from happening with employee information if it violates privacy or could create a reputational risk
  • Acts as accountable Project/Program Manager for Redefining the Partnership initiative across all aspects including: defining deliverables, advising on/driving content and supporting execution
