Responsibilities For Realty Management Division, Multi Resume

  • Take part in pricing negotiations and scrubbing sessions with internal and external parties
  • Assist with the new deal Take-Down and Vendor On-boarding, liaising with other parts of the firm as well as external parties to set up structures needed to asset manage including legal and accounting teams
  • Undertake adhoc projects, initiatives and lead work streams as necessary
  • Compile regular market analysis on target markets
  • Support asset managers in the analysis of existing portfolio of multi-family assets which includes modeling, business plan preparation and execution, developing monthly cash flow projections, monthly and/or quarterly reporting, oversight of third parties, capital plan oversight and lease-up oversight
  • Assist with asset dispositions, including writing investment committee memorandums, finalizing disposition models, and/or calculating waterfall returns
  • Research/evaluate market trends, rental rates and occupancy trends to update investment assumptions within models (in Excel)
  • Interface with external parties including, third party vendors, operating partners and internal stakeholders, including legal and compliance that support business
  • Maintain weekly performance reports for internal tracking and reporting communication with the New York office
