  • Vendor management expertise. Be successful at negotiating the best deals for Netflix while selecting the right external partners to allow our benefits program to scale. Once selected, lead the external partners as an true extension of your team
  • Is the direct point of contact with the following vendor services: Janitorial, Food services, Coffee, Grounds keeping, snow removal, Lab services, shipping and receiving, pest control, Security, and acts as back up for GxP pest control and GxP cleaning if required
  • Responsible to ensure all vendors in these services are trained and fully compliant with client training as required. Is the JLL manager providing direction to service manager on work practices, work direction, work performance - requires regular and predictable on-site attendance in order to monitor facilities and teams
  • Assist with researching, analyzing budget variances for relevant services
  • Assists with the coordination and scheduling of ad hoc cleaning activities
  • Responsible for periodic assessments on all vendors and feedback and coaching on issues
  • Coordinates the OCP (JLL Engineering Compliance) document development for the site
  • Addresses and site issues that are either weather or building related as required
