  • National recognized Care Management certification within 5 years of start date (3 years for currently employed CCs)
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, healthcare professionals, physicians, and other members of senior administration, as well as the general public
  • Care management experience in a clinical managed care environment and knowledge of best practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency in intermediate level Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet Explorer, as well as knowledge of electronic medical record systems
