Responsibilities For Head Compliance Resume

  • Cooperate with local compliance officers, and support them in all compliance aspects
  • Regularly monitor the completion of (e)-training courses. Ensure system for documenting and evidencing training completion is followed
  • Support country management in defining and implementing appropriate sanctions relating to BPO cases and ensure consistency in region
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and review/proof test country risk assessment, including the review and proof-test SP3 matrix
  • Regularly update region leadership and global compliance on the status of the compliance program, including BPO awareness
  • Drive a speak -up culture at all levels in region
  • Chair and facilitate the Regional Compliance Committee to ensure that country compliance issues are escalated timely and propose solution, align with regional functions on regional initiatives, provide reg-ular update on country compliance visits and BPO trends
  • Collaborate with Corporate Compliance colleagues to help deliver effective compliance training and communication to all employees in the region
