Responsibilities For Global Finance Core Business Process Analyst Resume

  • Finance lead for developing, and monitoring annual financial commitments for Janssen EM/DM, including functional procurement spend. Key leader to frame and communicate business plan commitments and plan updates to senior management (business and finance)
  • Key leader to champion external insights to help inform and action Janssen direct material and external manufacturing spend strategies through Procurement and ESI business leaders; bringing insights to financial updates and strategic plan (Long Range Financial Plan)

  • Champion Source Finance COE playbook adoption and maintenance across all five segments on key initiatives; engage external manufacturing finance COE resources to promote collaboration, best practice and knowledge sharing across the COE and Supply Chain segments
  • Manage a team of 6 with 2 direct reports. Global team members in two major geographies – Raritan, NJ and Zug, Switzerland. Real-time coaching and development of team members, championing a culture of: diversity (including diversity of thought), performance management and skill-set development
  • Strong framing and communication skills with experience presenting to various levels of senior management is required
  • Global Pricing analytics to understand financial impact of inflation, price rate, etc
  • Partner with other finance leaders to drive standardization efforts across the SC Segments
