Responsibilities For Client Financial Management Analyst, Dallas Resume

  • Assisting National Capitol Region program managers with certification, obligation and to resolve discrepancies, variances such as duplicate and/or erroneous charges and ensures charges are corrected accurately and timely and are in compliance with current regulations
  • Performing joint reconciliation or special reviews of unliquidated obligations and unfilled orders for all USACE, Department of Army and DoD appropriations in CEFMS
  • Receiving and analyzing various financial status reports and prepares/consolidates special financial reports to identify problem areas, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Identifies solutions to design and develop reporting systems for budget and financial management reporting
  • Develops analyses that examine the impact on resources resulting from changes in legislation, policies, procedures, and program requirements
  • Serve as a technical financial management expert on your assigned programs
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complicated questions, interpreting policies, and providing authoritative technical assistance, guidance, and advisory services
  • Responsible for conducting operational reviews of assigned programs to assess compliance with existing guidelines
  • Conduct detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes in your assigned programs and develop recommendations for improvement
