  • Strategic Planning: Serve as point person for driving and facilitating annual and ongoing strategic planning process. Facilitates the strategy, design, development and alignment of the organizational vision inclusive of goals and objectives to achieve it. Responsible for strategic alignment and integration across LOB projects in support of goals and objectives
  • Orchestrate the Planning Playbooks (value prop, brand, product experience, channel strategy, customer experience) for large program launches (e.g. Quad Play) to ensure alignment & integration with the holistic operating plan replace with Lead cross functional team to address key operational issues through alignment on action plan and then successful execution and change management
