  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services including IPO assistance, carve-outs, restructuring and similar services to Fortune 1000 companies, private equity investors, and asset based lenders, specifically for healthcare clients
  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services including IPO assistance, carve-outs, restructuring and similar services to Fortune 1000 companies, private equity investors, and asset based lenders, with a focus on the Healthcare industry
  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services including IPO assistance, carve-outs, restructuring and similar services to Fortune 1000 companies, private equity investors, and asset based lenders focused on Financial Services deals
  • 1) Support and check invoices (matching in SAP, post invoices), payment and key in daily general ledgers in SAP.2) Reconcile the bank balance between SAP and bank statement.3) Manage the fixed assets and WBS.4) Reconcile the managemen t report and local accounting report. 5) Prepare month end schedules and tax f iling.6) Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by Plant Controller
