- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to perform home visits
- Complete screening on all patients within 24 hours following admission
- Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related Scientific Field.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary care plans
- Complete appropriate sections of resident assessment instrument (RAI)
- Evaluate patient response to treatment and provide feedback to the rest of the team
